Suilvision install the i7 camera system on the M4 Motorway
Suilvision have recently completed the supply of the i7 ANPR system on the M4 Motorway.
Two cameras have been deployed one overlooking each direction covering 4 lanes including the hard shoulder.
The system provides 24 hour coverage and includes the latest software controlled zoom lens which automatically zooms and focuses to adjust for the varying light conditions ensuring all plates are read. The system provides colour overview images of each vehicle as the plate is read and feeds them through to the Police Back Office System (BOF)
The single camera carries out the work of analogue cameras and is simple to install and set up on the highways approved bracket.
The i7 camera system is part of the Suilvision range of ANPR camera systems which start with the single lane system and includes the new 3G Swave deployable camera.
